Description

The Agent Support Partner will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and campaign coordination for the sales agents. Facilitates all aspects of customer service and administration including; document preparation and creation, database management, processing listings and exchanges via the relevant software platform, preparing documentation for appraisals and proofing and creating marketing.

Deliverables:

  • Assist with day-to-day support services including administration and database management.
  • Process all listings, sales and appraisals via the required software platform currently within AgentBox.
  • Coordinate vendor, purchaser and solicitor correspondence as required.
  • Generate agency agreements and marketing campaigns/schedules within Realtair and RealHub.
  • Coordinate marketing proofs for agent and vendors’ approval.
  • Coordinate approval of marketing components ensuring accuracy for booking dates and description of properties.
  • Liaising with the compliance team to ensure accuracy of listings throughout the sale process.
  • Assist with agent personal marketing requirements, marketing templates and distribution.
  • Organise and manage workflow through email and diary management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the training, integration, and onboarding of new agents into the business.
  • Communicate with new agents to understand their business needs ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Assisting with internal website management.
  • Work with Remote Professionals (offshore team) to ensure tasks are being done efficiently.
  • Work with the Head of Operations to improve internal processes for agents.
