TGI Wildcard is the internal creative arm of TGI Sport, driving creative, content, communications and experiences for the business and its partners globally. Outside of TGI Sport’s wide network, we collaborate with clients across sport, culture and entertainment.
The Opportunity:
TGI Wildcard is seeking a visionary and commercially minded VP, Global Creative Director to lead creative ideation, design excellence, and global creative operations across the United States and Europe. This role sits at the intersection of cultural relevance, brand storytelling, and experiential innovation. You will define the creative standard for the agency globally — shaping breakthrough ideas, elevating design craft, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and partnering with leadership to win and grow client relationships. You are equally comfortable building global pitch
narratives, mentoring creative talent, and representing TGI Wildcard on international stages.

About You
- 12–15+ years of experience in experiential, brand experience, or integrated creative leadership
- Proven track record leading multi-market creative teams
- Experience pitching and winning global accounts
- Strong design literacy (spatial, digital, environmental, content ecosystems)
- Ability to balance conceptual boldness with operational feasibility
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
- High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural leadership capability
- Challenger Mindset: Pushes beyond category conventions
- Business Discipline: Understands commercial realities and margin implications
- Creative Courage: Makes decisive creative calls
