The Opportunity:
This role is strategically important for the consolidation and growth of
our LIVE business offering in the South American region with oversight for all branding,
hospitality and activations.
With increasing opportunities across South America, including stadium dressing, sponsor activations, hospitality programs and event delivery for federations, clubs and international tournaments, we now need an experienced project manager who can:
- Lead end-to-end execution of LIVE projects
- Structure budgets and protect margins
- Coordinate suppliers across multiple countries
- Support tenders and new business opportunities
- Standardise processes and build the operational backbone of the LIVE unit
About You
- 7+ years in sports event management or large-scale event delivery
- Strong budgeting and financial control skills
- Experience with federations / international tournaments (CONMEBOL / FIFA exposure
preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments
- Fluent English (essential)
- Portuguese (desirable)
- Availability to travel
