The Opportunity:
We’re
looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Merchandise
Administrator to support our buying and merchandising function. This
is an entry-level role responsible for range planning support, product
administration, workflow coordination and inventory analysis, ensuring our
product ranges are accurately managed and executed efficiently.
Reporting to the Senior Merchandise Project Manager, you will help bridge product, operations and
supply chain, providing the structure, data accuracy and coordination that
keeps our merchandise programs moving. This role is ideal for someone who
enjoys working with detail, systems and data, and wants to build a long-term
career in merchandise and product within the sports industry.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the detail behind our ranges – from product setup and
pricing through to launch and lifecycle updates.
- Keeping product data spotless and consistent across all systems and
channels.
- Driving workflow momentum by tracking orders, chasing actions and
keeping suppliers and internal teams to deadlines.
- Watching stock levels and sales performance, flagging risks and
opportunities before they become issues.
- Producing
clear, accurate reports that help the team make fast, informed decisions.
What we’re looking for
- A highly organised, detail-obsessed approach, with a strong sense
of ownership for your work.
- A self-starter mindset – you plan ahead, spot problems early and
follow tasks through to completion.
- Clear, confident communication, able to keep stakeholders updated
and ask the right questions.
- Strong Excel and systems confidence, comfortable working with data,
trackers and multiple platforms.
- A proactive, resilient attitude – you like structure, pace and
being the person who keeps everything on track
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
