The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Account Manager to join our Melbourne Partnerships & Experiences team within Wildcard. This full-time, ongoing role is perfect for someone in the early-to-mid stage of their career who is passionate about sport and ready to step up into owning day-to-day client relationships. You’ll help deliver integrated campaigns and brand experiences that bring major sporting partnerships to life, including AFL, AFLW and netball.

You’ll work closely with clients, rights holders and internal creative, content and events teams to make sure campaigns are well planned, well executed and on brief. This is a hands-on role where you’ll run WIPs, keep projects moving, support on-ground activations and have the opportunity to be on-site at some of Australia’s biggest sporting events. If you’re a do-er who is prepared to get your hands dirty, loves sport and wants to build a career in sponsorship, brand and experiential marketing, this is the role for you

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within sport, events, brand, sponsorship or a creative/agency environment.
  • A do-er who is curious, proactive and willing to get their hands dirty, with a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects and tight deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office with clear written and verbal communication, confident running WIPs and speaking with clients and stakeholders.
  • Able to take direction and feedback but also work autonomously to move tasks forward and achieve objectives.
  • A people person who builds rapport, trust and confidence with clients, colleagues and partners, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
  • A genuine passion for sport and sponsorship, with interest in major codes and events and how brands show up in those environments.

TGI Sport is uniquely positioned to bring together technology, creativity, expertise, and talent to deliver solutions that set us apart on the global stage. This creates unparalleled opportunities – not just for our partners, but for our people as well.

  • Growth of our people: We prioritise individualised career development and progression. Learning and Development at TGI Sport spans in-house training programs and on-the-job learning, ensuring your growth aligns with our success.

  • Empowering innovation: We empower our team members to push the boundaries and think creatively. By providing the autonomy to innovate, we deliver impactful solutions that benefit our clients, talent, and partners.
