Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts across multiple sectors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted strategic partner
  • Oversee the delivery of all projects, ensuring they meet objectives, budgets, and deadlines
  • Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Develop and present strategic proposals, pitches, and campaign reviews
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support on new business efforts
  • Monitor account profitability and manage budgets effectively
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to keep clients competitive and relevant

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in account service roles within an agency environment (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience leading large-scale campaigns and managing high-value accounts
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and leading workshops or pitches
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and a team-first attitude
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing talent
