Support Worker Needed for Dylan (Me) in Cleveland

Hi! My name is Dylan, and I’m looking for a caring, proactive support worker to help me live my best life. I love going bowling, listening to music, playing parachute games, exploring the community, and being around people.

I do however need assistance with showering, personal hygiene, and household duties. I live at home in Cleveland, and it’s important to me that my support person shares family values and a passion for helping people with disabilities live a fulfilling life.

Position Details:

• Approximately 20 hours per week

• Support will be provided directly by me (employer)

• Support worker will learn what they need to help me succeed (no prior exp required)

Requirements:

• First aid certificate

• Police check and yellow card (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable car with insurance

• Passionate about supporting people with disabilities

• Likes to have FUN and outdoors person

• Easy going and want to make a difference

• Proactive, uses initiative, and willing to take on challenges
