We’re Hiring – Customer Success Manager (Sydney)

We’re looking for someone who speaks the aviation language, is resourceful, highly organised, and passionate about customer success. You’ll manage key accounts, build strong relationships, travel once or twice a month, and deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts across the aviation industry.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for client queries.
• Attend scheduled customer and chart meetings, representing TCR with professionalism.
• Conduct regular customer reporting and analysis, delivering actionable insights.
• Travel once or twice a month to visit customer sites and strengthen partnerships.
• Manage equipment-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
• Contribute to customer-focused projects and ensure their successful delivery.
• No cold calling, this is not a sales role
About You (Non-Negotiables)
• Excellent communication skills – articulate, well-spoken, and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised and resourceful – able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Approachable and professional nature – customers and colleagues find you easy to work with.
• Based in Sydney and available to travel monthly.
• Customer service background with proven success in building strong relationships.
Highly Advantageous Skills
• Experience in the aviation industry or with Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Alternatively experience with the automotive, transport and maintenance industry
• Strong systems knowledge – CRM, SAP, FSM, Power BI, PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using new technologies, including AI tools, to drive efficiency.
• Project management experience with the ability to deliver on time and on budget.
