Join Tasty Fresh Food Co., a proudly Australian business keeping workplaces fed with fresh food daily.
From our Head Office Ferntree Gully depot, you’ll be part of the morning crew helping out in our inhouse bakery and/or the warehouse, food production to support and stock our 40 lunch vans that service the local area.
Bakery experience preferred but not essential.
💰 What’s on Offer
- $33.19/hr casual adult rate (21+)

Monday to Friday roster, shifts between 3am – 12pm
- 4–5 shifts per week, 6-8 hours per shift

🧊 About the Role
Depending on the day and what is needed, you’ll help keep our bakery products in stock, warehouse running smoothly and food production team in full swing! Variety is the spice of life and that is what you get in this exciting opportunity.
Typical duties include:
- Food preparation/cooking/assembly across manufacturing in bakery or production
- Manual handling, using ovens, mixing equipment, machine operation
- Warehouse tasks; counts, picking, organisation
- Working in variable temperature controlled areas; bakery and coolrooms
- Cleaning of all working areas; manufacturing and warehouse
- Stock maintenance; receipt and storage tasks
No two shifts are the same — but reliability, attention to detail and teamwork are key.

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard
- Comfortable working in cool environments (3–9°C)

Physically fit – able to lift up to 15kg, bend, stretch, and move freely

Positive attitude, initiative, and attention to detail

Drive and motivation to achieve and exceed targets
- Full Australian work rights and a driver’s licence with reliable transport (required due to early starts)

Bakery/Food production is preferred, warehouse experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Strong communicator
