Join our fun and welcoming afternoon Operations Team Here at our Ferntree Gully depot! This is a hands-on role supporting Production and Warehouse operations to ensure products are prepared and delivered accurately while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Establish work-life balance with these great hours from 2:30pm – 7.30pm – get things done before work, head to the gym or just enjoy the morning!

• Full training provided
• Shift length 3-5 hours
• 3-5 shifts per week
• Sunday to Thursday roster
• Shifts rostered within the hours of 2:30pm – 7.30pm
• 9-25 hours per week – Flexibility and reliability to take on more is highly regarded
• Must be AVAILABLE to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week and to work a straight 10 shift induction period over your first 2-3 weeks

Please note –

• Due to the variety and volumes of our products, candidates should be aware that working with certain food products, e.g. meats, dairy or gluten-based items is a requirement of this role
• Payrate listed is for an adult 21+ years old and will be less for younger applicants

The role involves…

• Prepare, portion, label and pack food products
• Pick and dispatch orders accurately
• Receive and store stock where required
• Follow recipes, picking sheets and work instructions
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Support workflow and productivity across the shift

Team members may work across Bakery, Production or Warehouse depending on operational priorities and shift requirements.

About the role

• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Good communication skills
• Physically capable of repetitive work including lifting, standing and working on production lines
• Experience in food production, warehouse environments is desirable but not essential
• Food safety certification, Car and Licence is advantageous
