Your Role

• Manage a fast-paced locum desk placing nurse professionals in short term roles

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in regional and remote areas

• Build and maintain a reliable pool of qualified, compliant locum candidates

• Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the placement process

• Work as part of a supportive, high performing team that values impact and integrity

You Bring

• Experience in recruitment (healthcare or locum preferred, but not essential)

• Understanding of the unique challenges and needs in regional/remote healthcare

• A proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment

• Strong relationship building and communication skills

• A team first attitude with a passion for helping others
