Talent Quarter is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare and community division.
We’re a values-led, ISO-accredited recruitment partner delivering permanent, contract and locum staffing solutions across Australia. Our focus is quality, compliance and long-term partnerships — not volume at any cost.
The Role
This is high quality service focused recruitment position where you will:
- Build and manage client relationships
- Source, screen and place healthcare or community professionals
- Deliver permanent and/or contract placements
- Provide workforce solutions and market insight
- Maintain strong compliance and service standards
About You
You will bring:
- Proven agency recruitment experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with integrity
- Drive, resilience and accountability
- Healthcare recruitment experience is highly regarded but not essential.
