Join us as a Senior Consultant – Snowflake Technology to lead projects and mentor our consultant team as our Snowflake expert and help shape the future of data and analytics for our clients.
About the Role
As our Snowflake Senior Consultant, you will lead Snowflake projects, and help develop our Snowflake assets and resources, while guiding your team to consistently deliver innovative and reliable cloud data solutions. You’ll be integral in uplifting Snowflake knowledge in the team, driving continuous improvement from implementation through on going enhancements on our assets – while embedding best practices and ensuring quality outcomes.
You’ll work cross-functionally with sales & marketing team, technology partners, and clients to strengthen our position as a Snowflake solutions leader.
Key Responsibilities
• Be the team expert in Snowflake and related technologies
• Provide expert guidance on Snowflake design patterns, delivery methodologies, and tooling
• Ensure delivery quality across Snowflake data platform projects
• Capture and promote client success stories and case studies in Snowflake implementations
• Collaborate with Snowflake and other technology partners to align on technical strategy
• Support the sales team with pre-sales engagements and solution design
• Build and maintain training and certification plans for Snowflake consultants
• Identify and develop further opportunities with existing Snowflake clients
• Contribute Snowflake-focused thought leadership through published content (quarterly)
• Led conference session / webinar / executive round table events
What You’ll Bring
• Proven leadership experience in Snowflake-based data platform delivery
• Deep technical knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, cloud data architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with related tools e.g., dbt, Coalesce Fivetran
• Strong capability development and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with Agile and modern data delivery practices
• Excellent client engagement, communication, and pre-sales experience
• A track record of delivering data solutions with measurable business impact
