The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead
the delivery of complex infrastructure and application transformation
initiatives within highly secure environments.
You’ll play a critical role delivering programs that support
mission-critical operations, working closely with technical teams, senior
stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on
budget and to the highest governance standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead the
end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, guiding projects from planning
and mobilisation through to successful implementation and transition into
operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs across
infrastructure and application initiatives
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and governance frameworks
• Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams of engineers, architects and
delivery specialists
• Ensuring delivery aligns with client strategy, compliance requirements and
security standards
• Managing relationships with senior stakeholders, technical teams and
third-party vendors
• Providing clear, transparent project reporting and communication
• Identifying and managing delivery risks and mitigation strategies
• Ensuring projects meet quality, governance and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strong delivery
leadership with deep technical project experience.
You’ll likely bring:
• 4+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering
complex technology initiatives
• Experience delivering both infrastructure and application / digital
transformation projects
• Experience working within high-compliance environments such as Defence,
Government or Financial Services
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical teams and executive
leadership
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery frameworks
• Strong risk management and governance capabilities
• Experience delivering projects where quality assurance, compliance and
documentation standards are critical
