The Softscape Team Leader is a permanent full-time position for a highly motivated and experienced landscaping all-rounder who loves working on different projects as well as on maintenance. In this dynamic role you will be travelling around our sites in SEQ with your company vehicle while upholding the highest standards of quality landscape services.
Some of the duties include:
o Softscape
o Minor Construction
o Commercial/industrial landscape maintenance
including mowing, hedging, pruning, general horticultural work etc.
The ideal candidate has/is:
o At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
o Ideal candidate with a certificate in Landscape Construction or suitable experience
o Demonstrated industry experience
o White Card
o Understanding of WHS and sustainable environmental practices
o Open and transparent leadership
o Professional, passionate, flexible and approachable
