About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Architect with Project Leader responsibilities to join our dynamic team within our Sydney Studio. This role will be pivotal in leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction while managing multidisciplinary teams. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing project budgets and program commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead design teams through all phases of the architectural process and manage client relationships

• Team Management: Mentor junior architects and graduates to develop their design and technical skills. Coordinate with external consultants and contractors

• Design Development, compliance & documentation: Drive design through the delivery of projects including ensuring adherence to relevant building codes and industry standards while managing project design documentation

• Operational Support: Collaborate with the management team to streamline workflows and support knowledge development initiatives

About You

You are a highly motivated architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership across various sectors. You are skilled in leading and guiding clients. You love a challenge and are optimistic about driving positive change. You listen, engage and encourage others. You know how to thread creative, commercial, and qualitative excellence across the full lifecycle of the project.

Required Skills & Experience

• Master in Architecture with 10+ years of professional experience, including project leadership

• Proficiency in Revit and other design software, with excellent communication skills

• Strong understanding of Australian building codes, legislation, and compliance

• Experience in multi-disciplinary environments within design, architecture, interiors and urban planning

• Multi Residential experience ideal.
