As a Digital Growth Manager at StudioHawk, you will be our frontline closer, responsible for navigating the full sales cycle from initial discovery to winning high-value SEO deals. You will qualify inbound leads, scope tailored SEO strategies, and pitch directly to decision-makers to secure new business. This is a high-impact, commercially-driven role for a sales professional who can translate the value of SEO into ROI for potential clients.
Your day-to-day might include:

Acting as a spokesperson for the agency by being one of the first touch points for potential prospects.

Qualifying inbound leads to ensure high-intent prospects reach the sales pipeline within 24 hours.

Leading client discovery meetings and scoping projects, presenting pitches, and securing new business deals.

Pitching tailored SEO campaign strategies to key stakeholders, ensuring each solution meets the exact business requirements and needs

Managing your own end-to-end sales cycle within HubSpot, from initial lead administration through to closing deals and contract & invoicing management.

Living within HubSpot to ensure consistent & accurate CRM hygiene.

Identifying and securing increased revenue opportunities within our existing client base of over 400 brands to maximise growth.

Nurturing strategic partnerships with agencies and related businesses, providing the coaching necessary to maximise high-quality referred leads.

Reporting on performance against core sales KPIs, including monthly recurring revenue (MRR), pipeline value, and conversion rates.

Assisting the Head of Strategic Growth in the development and implementation of sales plans designed to increase our percentage of SMB & enterprise clients.

Must haves:
- Based in Melbourne, Australia.
- Demonstrated track record of pitching and closing SEO deals.
- 1-2+ years in the digital marketing industry, with knowledge of SEO.
- 2+ years experience in a business development/sales role.
- Knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools).
- Highly motivated, organised self-starter with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Stellar relationship-building skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen, from facilitating negotiation to enabling their execution.
- Passion for business, growth & start-ups.
- Demonstrated track record of specifically pitching and closing search engine optimisation contracts.

Salary & Compensation:
We believe in transparency – here’s what this role offers:
- Base salary: AUD $90,000 to $110,000 + superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability) + generous uncapped commission structure
- Key Performance Indicators: deals won (minimum 15k/MRR) & pipeline built (45k).
