About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a hands‑on role in delivering people‑centered work while helping shape how we grow in Victoria.
You will:
Deliver and lead meaningful work
Lead and deliver people‑focused projects across engagement, communication and change
Work confidently in complex, fast‑moving or start‑up environments
Support clients through sensitive, high‑impact issues affecting communities, customers, staff or partners
Bring structure, rigour and momentum to ambiguous problems
Drive clarity and change
Design and implement communication, engagement and change approaches
Develop messaging, narratives, content, submissions, bids and project materials
Translate technical, policy or program information into clear, accessible and human‑centered outputs
Apply sound planning, risk management and delivery discipline
Build trusted relationships
Partner closely with clients and stakeholders, from community members to senior executives
Facilitate conversations, manage issues, and build shared understanding and alignment
Represent Struber with confidence and professionalism in client environments
Contribute to culture and capability
Coach and support consultants and emerging talent

About You
