About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead work across human‑centred programs and contribute to Struber’s continued growth in South Australia.

You will:

Lead and deliver workstreams with clarity, structure and pace

• Own project components from planning through to delivery

• Produce high‑quality communication materials, strategies, messaging and reports

• Lead engagement activities with communities, partners and stakeholders

Engage confidently with clients and stakeholders

• Build trusted relationships across government and industry

• Translate complex issues into clear pathways, advice and solutions

• Support sensitive or high‑impact conversations with composure and empathy

Mentor and uplift others

• Coach consultants and emerging team members (locally or interstate)

• Contribute to a positive, high‑performance culture as SA grows

About You

You’ll thrive here if you have experience in one or more of:

• Strategic or corporate communications

• Community or stakeholder engagement

• Behaviour change, social impact, or human‑centered design

• Bids, tenders, proposals or submissions

• Project management in people‑focused environments (government, health, education, social services, utilities, customer experience, etc.)

You might come from:

• Consulting or advisory roles

• Government departments or agencies

• Human services, social impact or community development

• Communications, engagement or change teams
