About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
Lead and deliver people‑centered projects
Design and implement strategic communication and engagement approaches
Develop messaging, narratives, content, submissions, bids and project materials that influence, inform, and inspire
Bring rigour to planning, risk management, and structured delivery
Create clarity from complexity
Translate technical or policy-heavy information into clear, accessible communication
Support clients through sensitive, high‑impact issues affecting communities, customers, staff or partners
Build trusted relationships
Engage confidently with stakeholders from community members to senior executives
Facilitate meaningful conversations, manage issues, and build shared understanding
Develop others and shape culture
Coach and guide consultants

About You
You’ll thrive here if you have experience in one or more of:
Strategic or corporate communications
Community or stakeholder engagement
Behaviour change, social impact, or human‑centered design
Bids, tenders, proposals or submissions
Project management in people‑focused environments (government, health, education, social services, utilities, customer experience, etc.)
You might come from:
