Struber is growing in New South Wales – and we’re looking for a Consultant who can deliver sharp, high‑quality work across strategic communications, engagement, and human‑centered project delivery.

This role is perfect for someone early–mid career in communications, engagement, behavioural or social impact work who wants to grow fast in a high‑performing consulting environment.

About the Role

As a Consultant, you’ll be a reliable delivery engine – executing scoped work with pace, clarity and consistency.

You will:

Deliver high‑quality communication and engagement work

  • Draft content, messaging, updates, communications materials and reports

  • Support workshops, interviews, conversations and feedback activities

  • Translate complex information into clear, accessible communication

Support human‑centered project delivery

  • Conduct research, insights gathering, analysis and problem‑solving

  • Coordinate tasks, timelines and deliverables

  • Maintain documentation, templates and project materials

Build trusted relationships

  • Work collaboratively with clients, community members, partners and internal teams

  • Bring professionalism, curiosity and responsiveness to every interaction

Bring energy, clarity and the Struber way of working

  • Contribute positively to team culture and project momentum

About You

You enjoy making things happen, learning quickly, and working in a people‑centered environment.

You may come from:

  • Communications, PR, media, digital or content roles

  • Community engagement, customer experience or behavioural insights

  • Government, social services, health, education or not‑for‑profit settings

  • Early consulting, policy, research, project coordination or service delivery

Your strengths include:
