About the Role

This is a senior, front‑facing role focused on growing Struber’s presence across infrastructure and service‑delivery markets.

You’ll work closely with our executive team and consultants to identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert complex advisory and professional services work. You’ll be trusted to create momentum, represent Struber in the market, and help shape how we grow.

This role suits someone who enjoys being out in the market, takes ownership of results, and understands how strong relationships and credible conversations lead to long‑term value.


What You’ll Do

Drive growth and opportunity

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across advisory, communications, engagement and change services
  • Proactively engage clients, partners and decision‑makers across infrastructure environments
  • Leverage existing panels, networks and relationships to increase conversion

Win meaningful work

  • Convert opportunities, leads and referrals into sustainable revenue
  • Shape proposals, bids and submissions in collaboration with consultants
  • Match client needs with the right Struber expertise and solutions

Be visible and connected

  • Represent Struber in the market, at industry events and through LinkedIn
  • Nurture short‑ and long‑term opportunities through structured CRM engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams

Operate with discipline

  • Track, manage and report pipeline performance to the executive team
  • Apply clear targets, accountability and commercial judgement
  • Work with pace and focus in a high‑performance consulting environment


About You

You’ll likely have experience in:

  • Business development or commercial roles within professional services or consultancy
  • Infrastructure, government, utilities or service‑delivery environments
  • Selling advisory, consulting or people‑based services
  • Managing complex pipelines and proposal processes
  • Working with CRM systems to manage opportunities and reporting (HubSpot experience preferred)
