The Role

• The position is casual to commence and includes servicing sites in the Parkes & Forbes area.
• This is a physical, hands-on role working in accordance with the periodical cleaning schedules for various sites.
• Duties include window cleaning, strip and seal of floors, carpet cleaning, pressure cleaning, general maintenance and grounds work.
• The shifts are varied from Monday – Friday, AM and PM shifts when needed.

The successful applicant must be reliable, able to work unsupervised and flexible.

You will demonstrate commitment to the position, pride in your work, reliability, as well as be able to follow instructions and complete the tasks issued to meet contract requirements.

Skills and Experience

• General cleaning or labouring experience.
• Current drivers’ licence.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role.
• A strong understanding & commitment of work health & safety.
• Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and the ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised.
• Experience in stripping and sealing of floors, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
• 2 work related references to be provided.
• Must be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing is ongoing during employment.
