The Role

• The position is based at Mannering Park (Vales Point Power Station)
• The current shifts being offered are Tuesday- Saturday, 6:00am – 2:00pm; and Sunday – Thursday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (subject to change)
• The role entails industrial cleaning of facilities as directed (conveyors, basements, bunkers & feeders and surrounding areas)
• Assisting when required to clean site administration buildings, offices, bathhouses, crib rooms and amenities
• You will demonstrate commitment to the position, pride in your work, reliability as well be able to follow instructions and complete the tasks issued

Skills & Experience

• Cleaning / Labouring experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided
• Be able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role
• Must be pro-active and work independently to ensure scope is completed
• Current drivers’ licence and must have own transport (Manual licence is preferred)
• Must have a current White Card
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Understanding of Work, Health & Safety
• Be able to provide 2 work related references
• Be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing is ongoing during employment.
