About the Role
As a Workforce Scheduling Coordinator, you will manage support worker rosters across multiple service streams, responding to real-time changes while maintaining service continuity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain master rosters across multiple service sites, aligning staff availability with client needs.
• Respond promptly to same-day changes including cancellations, no-shows, and urgent shift coverage requests.
• Coordinate daily shift allocations while maintaining service continuity.
• Escalate unfilled shifts or urgent service disruptions through appropriate channels.
• Ensure rostering system data is accurate, real-time, and reflects all changes as they occur.
• Liaise with Service Managers and Operations Manager to plan ahead and anticipate workforce requirements.
• Monitor rostering efficiency and adapt schedules quickly to minimise client impact and ensure compliance.
• Provide timely support to staff and clients during out-of-hours emergencies as part of the on-call roster.
What We are Looking For
• Demonstrated experience in rostering or workforce scheduling within high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
• Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Sound knowledge of relevant award conditions and rostering compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Workforce Management Software. Flow Logic, ShiftCare, Skedulo, Carelink, or similar.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise urgent and competing demands.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with multiple stakeholders under pressure.
• Resilience and professionalism when managing challenging or time-sensitive situations.
• A collaborative, client-centred mindset and commitment to service quality.
