What you bring
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Proven experience early childhood education
• Strong understanding of NQF, NQS, and regulatory compliance
• Current and mandatory Certificates and Checks
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to lead, inspire team
Qualifications & Compliance
· Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
· Current Working with Children Check
· Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain immediately)
· National Police Check clearance
· Eligibility to work in Australia
Experience & Skills
- 1+ years of room leadership or senior educator experience
- Proven ability to design and implement EYLF-based programmes
- Strong documentation skills (observations, assessments, planning)
- Experience leading and mentoring educators
- Deep understanding of NQF, NQS, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication with children, families, and team
