At STP Consultants, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane office. This is a hands-on role offering variety across reception, office coordination, and general administrative support.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll help create a welcoming and professional environment while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of tasks, works well with others, and takes pride in being organised and dependable.

What You’ll Be Doing    

• Welcoming clients and managing reception, calls, enquiries, and deliveries
• Providing general administrative support, including document preparation and filing
• Assisting project teams with proposals, documentation, and meeting notes Coordinating meetings, room setup, travel bookings, and basic logistics
• Supporting office operations, including supplies, facilities, and day-to-day upkeep
• Liaising with suppliers and maintaining a professional office environment
• Assisting across teams as needed, while always maintaining confidentiality

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in administration or office support
• Professional, friendly, and confident communicator
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritise tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative

(Experience in engineering or professional services is helpful, but not essential).
