Summary:

The Warehouse Team Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within our logistics distribution centre in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. This permanent, full-time position is essential for ensuring efficient warehouse processes, maintaining high standards of safety, and leading a dedicated team to meet organisational goals. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

What Are We Looking For?

Our current hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a range of shift options available. This is a permanent position with the opportunity to grow within the company.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Forklift License (LF)
  • Order Picker License (LO License) (Desirable)
  • Intermediate IT skills – Computer literacy
  • Displayed level of prioritising and organisational skills
  • Intermediate level of database skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Warehousing procedures and functions
  • Intermediate knowledge of Warehouse & Storage
  • Intermediate knowledge of racking systems & storage stillages
  • Intermediate knowledge of Stainless-Steel Products
  • Intermediate OH&S practices.
