The Role

The Operations Processing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting warehouse processing operations, including lineal processing, scheduling, stock optimisation, and inventory control.

This position is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, accurate stock management, and optimal use of offcuts, while maintaining strong operational and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Required – LF Forklift Licence (or higher)
• Strong computer literacy and IT skills
• Intermediate logistics and coordination skills   
• Experience working with databases and inventory systems
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and storage systems
• Exposure to stainless steel products (desirable)
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Key RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and manage processing work orders
• Coordinate inventory scheduling and provisioning
• Maintain accurate inventory records and storage systems
• Manage stock levels and offcut utilisation
• Ensure quality standards are maintained
• Support processing activities
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work practices
