The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Warehouse (NSW) to lead and support our warehouse operations based in Ingleburn.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with experience in warehouse management, logistics, and team leadership, who is passionate about operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will possess the following:

- Proven experience working in warehouse and distribution environments
- Solid understanding of warehouse systems, documentation, despatch, and receivals
- A track record of continuous improvement in warehouse processes and operations
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- Intermediate IT and computer literacy
- High attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Work Health & Safety (OH&S) practices
- Experience with handling, care, and maintenance of warehouse products
Licences & Requirements:
- Valid Forklift Licence (Required)
- Order Picker Licence (Desirable)
- Driver’s Licence
- MR Licence or higher (Desirable)
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial & Operations Manager – NSW & ACT, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Monitoring and reporting operational performance and warehouse statistics
- Reviewing warehouse processes and identifying efficiency improvements
- Ensuring all despatch documentation is accurate and completed on time
- Managing, mentoring, and supporting warehouse team members
- Addressing operational issues and working with leadership to develop solutions
- Supporting the safe and efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse
