The Role
StewartBrown are looking for a graduate to join our team! As a Business Analyst Graduate you will be given the opportunity to gain exposure to a professional working environment and assist the business analyst team in a variety of tasks across our vast client base.
As a Business Analyst Graduate, you will develop skills to enable you to;
- Work directly with, and support the financial analyst and consulting teams
- Assist in extracting and analysing current processes/data and interpreting data into requirements for future states
- Assist in the design and implementation of optimum solutions to meet client requirements based on evidence
- Contribute to the compilation of quarterly sector reporting
- Liaise with our consulting and IT teams to provide client-side interactive dashboards and reports to meet their requirements
- Work collaboratively and independently within a high functioning team.

What you can offer StewartBrown
The ideal candidate will have:
- Completed, or be completing a degree in Business or Commerce in 2024 or similar
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Demonstrated fluency with Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and using formulas and functions
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for data processing and turning data into information
- A work ethic that consistently demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and logical thinking in your approach to tasks
- An eagerness to learn and grow within a professional services firm
- Australian citizenship or residency or legal working entitlements within Australia
- Experience using PowerBI (not essential)
- Proven experience in accounting and/or finance (not essential)
- Interest in not-for-profits (not essential)
