Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Bar and Gaming Attendant in Wollongong. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, gaming service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role is perfect for individuals who have an outgoing personality, a willingness to learn, a positive and friendly attitude and have a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons in the bar and gaming areas.
– Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Follow legislative requirements including RSA & RCG.
– Assist in managing gaming operations, including monitoring gaming machines and ensuring a safe environment.
– Handle cash and process payments accurately.
– Engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
– Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
– Basic knowledge of beverages and gaming operations.
– Must hold a valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
– Must hold a valid NSW RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certification.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
