Construction Site Supervisor

With over 42 years experience as a custom home builder based in the Wheatbelt, WA, Stallion Homes believes that our commitment to quality and customer service is second to none. We also have a Commercial Branch that serves the commercial building needs of the region. Tasks, and Qualifications & experience needed:

• Efficiency and Time Management Skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Extensive knowledge of residential construction in single and two storey (Traditional, framed and other various construction methods)
• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team to help form a positive, strong & vibrant environment
• Confident knowledge of Building Codes, Residential Design Codes & other relevant Standards
• Project Management Experience.
• Strong/Positive Customer Service Experience
• Experience in organising & managing trades and on-site services.

• Keep the customer up-to-date and informed on progress, delays etc.
• Be able to provide the client with design ideas and recommendations without being overbearing.
• Recording items for variations.
