Based in Melbourne, Victoria, this permanent full-time position requires a strategic leader who can oversee energy management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency and promoting environmentally responsible practices across projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement energy strategies that align with the company’s sustainability goals.
• Lead a team of energy specialists to optimise energy consumption and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate energy-efficient practices into building designs.
• Monitor and report on energy performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
