Identity Architect & Presales Lead

Infotrust is expanding its identity capability and we’re looking for a senior Identity Architect & Presales Lead to support the design and shaping of enterprise IAM solutions.

This role sits close to the front of client engagements. You’ll work with customers to understand their challenges, help shape practical identity architectures, and support the business in winning and delivering complex work.

It would suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on identity knowledge with client-facing problem solving.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running discovery sessions and technical workshops
• Translating business requirements into clear identity designs
• Supporting presales and solution development
• Designing scalable IAM architectures
• Working closely with cyber and delivery teams
• Keeping across emerging identity trends

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (7+ years)
• Hands-on architecture capability
• Experience in a client-facing or presales role
• Familiarity with platforms such as Okta, Ping, Saviynt, SailPoint or Microsoft Entra
• Clear communication style with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
