The Role

Infotrust is seeking an experienced Head of Identity to lead and grow our Identity and Access Management (IAM) capability. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the commercial success, market positioning, and continued expansion of our identity security services.

This position will suit a commercially minded cyber security leader with strong experience across IAM, PAM, IGA, and enterprise identity programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and performance of the IAM practice
• Drive go-to-market strategy for identity security services
• Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships
• Support complex client engagements and solution positioning
• Work cross-functionally with cyber, consulting, and managed services teams
• Monitor pipeline, revenue performance, and market opportunities

Skills and Experience

• Significant experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Background in cyber security, risk, or security consulting
• Experience leading or scaling a security services capability
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with IAM platforms (e.g. Okta, Ping Identity, Saviynt, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra)
• Consulting, MSSP, or professional services experience highly regarded
