We’re seeking an energetic and passionate team member who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every training course runs seamlessly.
Join us at our Moonah office as a Corporate Training Administrator in a full-time capacity. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth coordination of our first aid training services, creating an outstanding experience for private clients, corporate partners, and individual course participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all booking requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
- Efficiently complete course bookings for first aid courses and other course offerings.
- Organising resources and schedule facilitators to ensure the seamless delivery of all training services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand course participation through high levels of stakeholder engagement
- Proactively reconnect with previous clients through targeted outbound calls, to understand and meet future client needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all services, providing accurate, timely advice and responsive customer support.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to propose and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
What You Need to Succeed
- A strong customer-first mindset with a commitment to high performance and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, and previous experience making outbound calls.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for building effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
- Previous experience in a business-to-business role.
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with training and assessment competency frameworks and appointment setting or scheduling of multiple staff across multiple sites is desirable but not mandatory.
