YOUR NEW ROLE:
As part of our team at our Engadine Service, you’ll be instrumental in shaping young learners’ educational journeys. Drawing from the Early Years Learning Framework, you’ll deliver engaging innovative programs that foster holistic development. Your open communication style will help build strong connections with staff, children, and families, enriching their experience.
TO THRIVE YOU WILL NEED:
- Previous experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting (highly desired)
- Certificate III level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Full Australian Work Rights (no restrictions)
- A genuine love for making a meaningful impact on a child’s learning experience
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional team player
- A passion for guiding and inspiring others around you
- Kindness, compassion and honest approach in all you do
