SRG Hospitality is entering its next phase of growth. With 12 iconic venues across Sydney and a clear expansion path to 17 venues, we’re building a sales team that can scale with us – commercially sharp, relationship-led, and excited by growth.
This is not a static sales role. It’s an opportunity to shape pipelines, influence strategy, and grow alongside a multi-venue portfolio that spans restaurants, event spaces, and destination hospitality.

The Opportunity
As a Sales Executive based in our Sydney Head Office, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving group-wide revenue across corporate, events, and partnerships – while helping launch and embed sales pipelines for new venues as they come online.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio, collaborate closely with venue leaders and marketing, and be trusted to own your accounts end-to-end.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Driving Revenue Across a Multi-Venue Portfolio
- Building and managing a strong pipeline across corporate, MICE, social events, and group dining
- Converting inbound enquiries and proactively generating new business
- Responding quickly and commercially to RFPs and event enquiries
Key Accounts & Relationships
- Owning and growing repeat corporate and agency relationships
- Acting as a trusted partner to clients – not just a transactional seller
- Representing SRG as a polished, credible hospitality brand in the market
Pre-Opening & Expansion Sales
- Building pre-opening pipelines for new venues well ahead of launch
- Supporting familiarisation events, previews, and local market engagement
- Working with marketing and operations to ensure venues open with momentum
Partnerships & Campaigns
- Supporting brand activations, partnerships, and cross-venue campaigns
- Leveraging the full SRG portfolio to maximise client value and conversion
- Collaborating across venues to optimise capacity and yield
Sales Systems & Discipline
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and forecasts
- Contributing to group-wide sales processes, playbooks, and best practice
- Supporting the scaling of systems as SRG continues to grow
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone commercially confident, relationship-driven, and ready to step into a role with genuine scope.
You’ll Bring:

3–5+ years’ experience in hospitality, events, or venue sales (multi-venue or group experience highly regarded)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills
- Confidence using CRM systems, sales pipelines, and data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, accountable mindset – you own your outcomes
