SRG Hospitality is entering its next phase of growth. With 12 iconic venues across Sydney and a clear expansion path to 17 venues, we’re building a marketing function that can scale with us – commercially grounded, brand-led, and designed for growth.

We’re hiring a Marketing Executive to sit at the centre of that engine. Someone who can execute at pace, think commercially, and translate brand, data, and storytelling into real outcomes across a growing venue portfolio.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership and visibility, and the opportunity to help build marketing capability inside a group investing seriously in people, systems, and scale.
The opportunity
As Marketing Executive, you’ll work across multiple venues, concepts, and stages of maturity – from established waterfront icons to brand-new openings.
You’ll partner closely with venue leaders, sales, and operations to ensure marketing is on-brand, on-time, and outcome-driven.
This is a hands-on role with real autonomy – ideal for someone who wants to step beyond “just execution” and start building a portfolio of work they genuinely own.
What you’ll be responsible for
Campaign execution across a growing portfolio
- Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple venues – from concept through to launch, optimisation, and reporting
- Support pre-opening and launch activity for new venues joining the group
Content, brand & storytelling
- Create and manage on-brand content across social, email, websites, and in-venue collateral
- Write clear, compelling copy that reflects each venue’s personality while maintaining group consistency
- Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to bring venues to life visually
Digital & performance marketing
- Maintain and update websites, social platforms, and digital channels
- Support email marketing, CRM activity, and audience engagement initiatives
- Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting that links marketing activity to commercial outcomes
Stakeholder & venue collaboration
- Work closely with venue GMs and teams to ensure marketing is accurate, current, and locally relevant
- Support Sales and Events teams with campaigns, packages, and promotional activity where required
Brand consistency at scale
- Help protect and evolve SRG’s brand architecture as the group grows
- Ensure each venue feels distinct, while still clearly part of the SRG family
What we’re looking for

3+ years’ experience in a marketing role (hospitality, hotels, lifestyle, or multi-site environments highly regarded)
- Strong copywriting and content skills – you know how to write for real people, not just algorithms
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities without losing attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you see gaps and fix them
- Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva)
- Happy to be primarily based at our Sydney Head Office, with regular venue engagement
