Supporting SRG Hospitality (Australia)

SRG Hospitality is one of Australia’s fastest-growing multi-venue hospitality groups, operating a portfolio of premium dining, event and lifestyle venues across Sydney.

As SRG continues to scale, we are building a centralised CRM and data capability to support guest retention, loyalty, and repeat visitation across multiple venues. We are now seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist based in the Philippines to play a critical execution role within our central support team.

This is a hands-on, systems-focused role for someone who enjoys turning complex data and platforms into clean, automated, revenue-supporting workflows.

The Opportunity

It is about execution excellence, data integrity, and lifecycle automation.

You will work closely with SRG’s Australian-based leadership, marketing and operations teams to:

  • Maintain and optimise guest CRM systems
  • Build and manage automated guest journeys
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene and reporting integrity
  • Support loyalty, reactivation and retention initiatives across multiple venues

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Systems Execution

  • Maintain and manage CRM platforms used across SRG venues (including hospitality-specific systems).
  • Build, test and monitor automated guest journeys (birthdays, post-visit, lapsed guest reactivation, loyalty triggers).
  • Ensure consistent data flow between reservations, events, website and CRM platforms.

Data Integrity & Hygiene

  • Own database hygiene processes including deduplication, formatting, validation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Apply structured data-cleaning workflows to protect database value and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent requirements.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Support GA4 setup, configuration and data mapping.
  • Assist with funnel tracking, segmentation and performance reporting.
  • Produce clear, reliable reports linking guest behaviour to bookings and revenue outcomes.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • QA all automations, tags, triggers and workflows before launch.
  • Monitor live systems to identify errors, gaps or performance issues.
  • Proactively flag risks, inconsistencies or improvement opportunities.

Cross-Team Support

  • Work collaboratively with marketing, operations and leadership teams.
  • Provide reliable execution support so Australian teams can focus on strategy and growth.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • 2+ years experience in CRM, automation, data or systems-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, workflows and lifecycle automation.
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as GA4.
  • High attention to detail and strong QA mindset.
  • Comfortable working with offshore / international stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience with hospitality or multi-location businesses.
  • Familiarity with reservation, events or loyalty platforms.
  • SQL, segmentation logic or advanced data handling skills.
  • Experience working in execution-heavy analyst or automation roles.
