About the role and you:

The team leader of the NSW AFL Record Sellers will report to the Operations Manager will play an integral role in the representing Sports Entertainment Network to maximise sales for the publication while delivering brand excellence.

The ideal candidate we are looking for will:

• Be available majority of NSW Matchdays (Swans and GWS home games)
• Possess strong customer service skills
• Have effective team leadership capabilities
• And solid problem‑solving skills
• Be a confident communicator, comfortable addressing large groups to sell the AFL Record
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have strong time management, be highly organised and results‑focused
• And the ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer‑centric solutions
