We’re seeking a technically skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer to lead the safe and successful delivery of complex civil construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving engineering challenges, mentoring emerging talent, and driving quality outcomes on-site.

Your Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring engineering integrity, safety, and compliance across projects. You’ll work closely with site teams and graduate engineers to deliver projects that meet high standards of performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of civil construction projects from planning to completion
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
• Provide hands-on engineering support and problem-solving on-site
• Mentor graduate engineers and foster a culture of learning and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and crews to ensure smooth project execution
