We’re looking for experienced and motivated Civil Construction Leading Hands to join our team, with the opportunity to work on a range of small to medium sized civil projects and demolition works from time to time.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide small teams on-site and ensure quality outcomes across projects.

What you’ll bring:

• Solid civil construction experience

• Proven ability to supervise and motivate small site teams

• Competence in construction set-out and managing service installations

• Experience using GPS equipment for accurate site work

• Relevant civil construction tickets and certificates of competency
