About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Cooranbong. This role is responsible for supporting our sales team and customers through quoting, order coordination, and internal communication across departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the domestic building products industry while working in a supportive team environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and managing customer quotes and estimates
  • Coordinating sales orders and entering data into company systems
  • Providing internal sales support to our external sales team and key account customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our prepaid and account customers
  • Communicating with internal departments including accounts, site service, planning, production, and despatch to ensure smooth order processing
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries from customers and sales representatives
  • Assisting with sales administration and general office duties as required

Extensive training will be provided in our internal systems, including Cantor and Filemaker. Experience in these programs or within the building products industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
