Customer Service Representatives

If you work in customer service within the building or
window industry, you’ll know the role is about far more than answering phones.
It’s about solving problems, helping customers keep projects
moving, and working with a team that understands the pace of the industry.
At Southern Star Windows & Doors, our business is
growing – and that growth is creating opportunities within our Customer Service
team.
We are currently looking for three experienced Customer
Service Representatives to join our Clayton team as we continue to expand.

timber and aluminium windows and doors.
Our group includes:
• Southern Star Aluminium Windows & Doors
• Canterbury Timber Windows & Doors
• Southern Star Glass
• Mana Doors
Over many years we’ve built strong relationships with
builders of all sizes, and homeowners across Australia, and demand for our
products continues to grow.
As a result, we are expanding our customer service team to
ensure we continue delivering the level of support our customers expect.
The Role
Customer Service sits at the centre of our business.
Our team works closely with customers, production and
internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and questions are answered
quickly.
Your day will involve:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and
email
- Helping customers with product information and
order details
- Working with customers to keep their projects
running smoothly
- Investigating and resolving issues quickly and
professionally
- Working closely with production and internal
teams to get things done
- Keeping accurate records of interactions and
updates
- Building strong relationships with our customers who
rely on us

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who take pride in their work and
enjoy helping customers.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience in a customer service role, within window and door manufacturing, construction or the building industry
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- The ability to stay organised and solutions-focused in a busy environment
- A genuine team mindset — we support each other here
- Solid computer skills and comfort using systems and software
- Industry experience is highly valued, but attitude and
approach matter just as much.
