About the Role As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving the sales of BYD electric vehicles. You’ll play a key role in educating customers about EV technology and guiding them through the purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in showroom and online enquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable BYD models
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BYD products, EV technology, and market trends
• Manage customer relationships and follow up leads effectively
• Handle finance, trade-in, and delivery processes professionally

About You

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a strong sales background
• Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Valid driver’s license
