About the Role As our Business Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the customer journey, working closely with the sales team to structure and close deals while delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions for BYD, KIA, GWM and Nissan.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing all finance, insurance, and warranty sales across the dealership
• Guiding customers through the finance process with professionalism and transparency
• Maximising penetration and profitability while maintaining compliance
• Supporting the sales team to convert leads and close deals
• Building strong relationships with customers and lending partners
• Ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and on time

About You

• Proven experience in automotive Finance & Insurance (essential)
• Strong closing skills with a track record of achieving targets
• Highly organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Team-focused with a positive, supportive attitude
