We’re seeking an experienced Service Delivery & Infrastructure Team Lead to lead SATAC’s service delivery function and infrastructure operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑quality technology services across the organisation.

What you’ll be working on:

- Leading infrastructure and cyber security operations, including patching, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring.
- Maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity arrangements, including planning and testing.

- Participating in release planning, change discussions, and operational forums such as the Release Management Group.
- Supporting application deployment and operational readiness across production and non‑production environments.
- Line managing and supporting cyber security and infrastructure staff, building capability and engagement.
That’s enough about us, let’s talk about you!
You’re a calm, capable, and people‑focused technology leader who thrives on delivering reliable services and supporting teams to do their best work. You balance strong operational discipline with a practical, hands‑on approach and communicate confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading IT operations, service delivery, or technical support teams.
- Strong practical knowledge of IT service management and ITIL‑aligned processes.
- Experience across infrastructure and cyber security operations, including cloud and vendor‑managed environments.
- Hands‑on technical capability, with the confidence to step in when required.
- Experience with application deployment, release management, and operational support.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors and external service providers.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership skills.
- A proactive, service‑first mindset with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
Formal qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline, or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training, will also be expected.
