GT Motive is the technology division of the Solvd Group within Allianz Partners, offering technology solutions and SaaS in the automotive industry – delivering estimating and claims technology used by repairers and insurers in more than 25 countries. GT Motive is expanding in Australia and is seeking a highly credible, hands on professional to lead national repairer onboarding, training and product adoption. This is one of the most critical roles in our business, and central to building strong, trusted relationships across the repairer and dealer community.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Client Management, Australia, and working in alignment with the GT Global Product team in Spain, the Product Training and Implementation Manager is responsible for leading repairer onboarding, adoption, training and relationship development across the Australian market.
Insurer partnerships create opportunity, our long‑term success depends on repairers gaining clear, consistent value from GT Motive’s estimating and workflow solutions. Demonstrating practical benefits, supporting real‑world workflow integration and building confidence in the platform are central to the role.
You will work closely with repairers and dealers to support onboarding, deliver training, address barriers to adoption and strengthen ongoing engagement. This is a field‑focused role requiring regular national travel and frequent in‑person interaction.
The position can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, with national travel required.
What you’ll do
Repairer Onboarding & Adoption
Lead end to end onboarding for repairers onto GT systems
Clearly communicate GT Motive’s value proposition and point of difference
Handle objections with confidence and practical demonstrations
Build trusted, long-term relationships with workshop owners and managers
Training & Field Enablement
Deliver engaging in person training sessions nationally
Run remote onboarding and refresher training
Tailor training to real workshop workflows and operational realities
Provide ongoing post go live support to drive adoption and confidence
Market Representation & Feedback
Act as the voice of repairers within the AU business
Provide structured feedback to local leadership and the Global Product team
Highlight recurring friction points and propose practical improvements
Share insights on competitor activity and market shifts
Integration & Workflow Alignment
Support implementations with integration partners
Ensure workshop estimating and quoting workflows align with GT solutions
Participate in user acceptance testing
Be the escalation point for complex product questions
What you’ll bring
Genuine credibility in the repairer or dealer ecosystem.
Direct experience in a repairer or dealer business OR experience selling/implementing estimating or quoting software to workshops
Strong understanding of estimating platforms and workshop workflows
Existing relationships and trust within the automotive repair sector
Able to communicate confidently and naturally with repairer audiences
A resilient, relationship driven approach
Ability to thrive autonomously in a field-based role
Practical problem solving and strong objection handling capability
Travel Requirements
Significant national travel required
Regular in-person engagement across the east coast (and beyond when needed)
Majority of time spent in the field
